Terms of Sale
Last updated March 2026
These terms are provided as a framework. GLP1 Direct recommends obtaining professional legal review before final publication. This document should be reviewed by a qualified solicitor specialising in healthcare and e-commerce law.
1. About These Terms
These terms of sale apply to all orders placed through GLP1 Direct and govern the relationship between you and us. GLP1 Direct is a trading name of Elite Glasgow Limited, a company registered in Scotland. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a dispensing pharmacy under registration number 9011078.
When you use GLP1 Direct, you are requesting a consultation with our independent prescribing pharmacist. If your consultation is approved, you will receive a prescription for weight loss medication. The medication will be dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to your address, or you can arrange collection.
2. Eligibility
To use GLP1 Direct, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be a UK resident with a valid UK address
- Complete the online consultation honestly and accurately
- Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- Not have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia
- Provide valid contact details for follow-up communication
Our prescribing pharmacist will assess your eligibility during the consultation review. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, we will not be able to prescribe medication to you.
3. How Orders Work
The process for ordering medication through GLP1 Direct is as follows:
- Complete the online consultation form and pay the consultation fee
- Our independent prescribing pharmacist will review your consultation
- If appropriate, a prescription will be issued on the same day (Monday to Friday)
- Your medication will be dispensed and prepared for delivery or collection
- You will receive tracking information and delivery confirmation
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our independent prescribing pharmacist. We reserve the right to decline to prescribe if we believe it is not clinically appropriate.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds and include Value Added Tax. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Payment for consultations and medications must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely and not stored by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or to cancel any order at any time in our sole discretion.
5. Delivery
We dispatch medication in plain, discreet packaging to maintain your privacy. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which provides tracking and guarantees next-working-day delivery to most UK addresses. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, bank holidays, or exceptional circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
You may arrange collection from our pharmacy if you prefer not to have medication delivered. Collection must be arranged within 7 days of your prescription being issued.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed, in accordance with UK pharmacy law. This is for your safety and protection. If your consultation is not approved and no prescription is issued, the consultation fee will be refunded. If the refund cannot be processed due to payment method limitations, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
If you have a complaint or believe we have made an error, please contact hello@glp1direct.co.uk with full details. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
7. Clinical Responsibility
All clinical decisions are made solely by our independent prescribing pharmacist. We do not override clinical judgment, and we reserve the right to decline to prescribe if we believe it is not in your best interests. Your prescribing pharmacist will make a clinical assessment based on your consultation form and medical history. If additional information is required, we will contact you before making a decision.
All medication is prescribed in line with MHRA guidance and GPhC professional standards. Your health and safety are our priority.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GLP1 Direct excludes all liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to your use of our service or reliance on information provided by us. This exclusion applies to indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of GLP1 Direct following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of GLP1 Direct shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
