From consultation to delivery in three simple steps.
Step 1: Complete Your Consultation
Start with our quick online consultation. This takes under 5 minutes and can be completed from your phone or laptop.
You will answer questions about your medical history, current health, weight and height, and current medications. Your answers are completely confidential.
There is no need to visit your GP or arrange an appointment. Everything is done online, at a time that suits you.

Step 2: Clinical Review
Every consultation is reviewed personally by our independent prescribing pharmacist.
The pharmacist checks your health information, reviews your medical history for any contraindications, and checks your current medications for interactions. This is thorough clinical review, not an automated process.
For consultations submitted before 2pm, you will typically hear from us on the same working day. If you are eligible, we issue your prescription. If treatment is not suitable, we will explain why and direct you to your GP.

Step 3: Prescription and Delivery
If you are approved, your medication is dispensed from our GPhC-registered pharmacy and shipped to you in plain, discreet packaging.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to get your medication to you as quickly as possible. Most UK addresses receive delivery next working day. Your package includes a detailed patient information leaflet and clear usage instructions.

Step 4: Aftercare and Support
Your support starts from day one. You will receive an aftercare email programme with weekly guidance on diet, side effects, and progress.

We send reorder reminders timed to your supply, so you never run out.
3-Month Reviews
